YOUTH TRAINING

TRAINING FACILITY FOR AGES SEVEN & ABOVE

Grand Fitness has inspired, equipped, and given an edge to thousands of student-athletes across the country. Our scholastic training programs don’t just enhance performance, they also build confidence and improve self-esteem in boys and girls ages 7 and older. We are truly a holistic training program with a passion for character development.

Our scholastic training consists of four programs that offer the foundation for speed, strength, and athleticism. Each program caters to a different age group, yet they all build character and are driven by core values.

Our scholastic programs include:

  • Skills Training: Designed for all ages, this curriculum incorporates more athletic movements and begins to emphasize power and speed as well as age-appropriate weight-lifting.

  • College Prep: This Grand Fitness program is for ages 15-18, develops power, speed, strength and athleticism, and is similar to a Division 1 collegiate program.

  • Sport Specific Training: Suited for student-athletes with specific goals, this curriculum is sport- and position-specific and provides semi-private coaching and training.

  • Mentorships: This program is designed for boys and girls of all ages and creates the foundation for both athleticism and academics, through community outreach.
